There are so many thoughts on my mind, they are fast, sharp, loud.
The control of my thoughts is out of my hands, I do not know how to cease them.
Should I seek ways to shut them up or should I let them be?
What should I do?
I cannot focus on, I cannot stop feeling like I am on a knife edge.
I cannot stop my thinking.
I do not want them to go, I want them to be quiet.
I want to focus on what I am doing and not to feel alerted all the time.
